I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 8 years of experience across a variety of settings including outpatient specialty clinics, crisis intervention, partial hospitalization, public schools and private practice. I completed my Master in Education Guidance and Counseling at Turabo University along with post Master Certificates in Behavioral Analysis and Contemporary Theories in Mental Health Services at Capella University. I am passionate about helping people finding ways to reach a balanced and fulfilling life style while experiencing personal and emotional challenges. My clinical experience has included helping others to address stress, anxiety, OCD, depression, divorce, low self-esteem, eating disorders, ADHD and school/academic problems. It is my philosophy that with awareness and a positive outlook, change can happen.
