I am a family and marriage counselor licensed in Nevada with over 10 years of combined experience with individuals, couples, families, and addictions. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, divorce/separation, gender dysphoria, kink, etc. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My counseling style is interactive and inquisitive. I believe in asking a lot of questions to help you understand what is happening in your life because you're the expert on you! My approach combines emotionally focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral, internal family systems, and solution-focused. I often tailor dialog and treatment plans to meet your unique and specific needs.
