Life can be hard. When things get tough, having someone who will listen to and support you in getting through life’s challenges is important. If you’re looking for someone like that, you are in the right place! I’m Savannah Englebach a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist in North Carolina. For the past 5 years I have worked in a variety of settings and have supported individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, family problems, grief, loss, addiction, and many other challenges that we all might face in our lifetime. Before obtaining my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western Carolina University in 2016, I worked for several years with a domestic violence and sexual assault agency where I provided advocacy, support groups, and other services to victims and survivors of abuse.

While working with me, you can expect a warm, inviting approach. It’s important to me that you feel heard and understood. My approach combines a person centered focus with cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, emotion focused, attachment, trauma focused and solution focused techniques. You might be thinking, that’s a lot of variety! Having a variety of approaches allows me to tailor our time together to meet your unique situation and needs.

It isn’t always easy to reach out for help or step out of your comfort zone to make changes for a happier, more fulfilling life. Being here means that you are taking those first steps and I’m here to support you through the entire process.
