Savannah is passionate about mental health, which led her to pursuing and completing her masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling by age 26. Savannah has been working in the mental health field for the past 5 years and wants to do things differently. As a millennial, Savannah understands the unique struggles and stressors that we are facing. Savannah approaches mental health in a unique way, with lots of authenticity, dark humor and dad jokes. Savannah enjoys working with all ages 15 and up. While she is comfortable working with most any situation, she specializes in trauma and anxiety disorders combining talk therapy and rapid eye movement therapy to help with processing. Savannah has experience working with individuals with a variety of mental health struggles, she also enjoys working with couples as well. She also enjoys helping clients through self-esteem issues and negative views of life or troubling times.
