I am licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia with 22 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients from ages 5 years old and up. I can provide individual, group, family and couples therapy. Some areas of my expertise include, stress, anxiety and anger management, relationship issues, family conflicts, & parenting issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
