Hello,
My name is Saundra. I’m a licensed clinical social worker in Virginia. I earned my Master’s
degree in social work from Virginia Commonwealth University. Go Rams!!!

Taking this first step can be quite overwhelming, but let me help you navigate toward your
goals. Being committed to putting in the work is your first step toward a healthy, purposeful
life. My aim is to provide you with practical tools that will assist you. We’ll work on behavior
modification through changing how you view life experiences and encourage you to release
things you have no control over. I’m a great listener. I want to forge an atmosphere of
understanding and nonjudgment. My goal, is to guide and encourage you to be Your Best you. I
enjoy singing, so I often leave a song of inspiration. Perhaps you would like to join in with me.

I have 7 years of experience working with individuals dealing with anxiety and stress. I look
