Navigating life can be so difficult without the proper tools or care and support. The fact that you are even reading this means your are on the right path towards something different, change is always possible! I believe in people's innate ability to heal, just like a plant grows toward the sun. I am here to resource you, help guide and support you on your journey that is unfolding. I believe that we are all gems at birth, and life's circumstances (including ancestral baggage) gets layered on us. Taking the time, energy and resources to clear and heal can help us really bring our medicine and offerings forward and allow us to be more present with ourselves and loved ones.

I have been practicing therapy since 2010 in several settings: through palliative care at a hospital, working at a mental health clinic serving San Francisco, working with homeless mothers, working with teenagers and elementary students, at a trauma clinic in Portland, and in private practice. My approach is based in psychodynamic theory, but I also use mindfulness, attachment, jungian concepts, art therapy, and somatic techniques. It would be an honor to work with you.
