My therapy practice as a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist is about deepening into self-discovery and self-awareness, feeling held with safety and compassion, and finding healing and transformation.

I deeply value connection and am honored to get to know those that I work with on a deeper level. I have worked as a psychotherapist in a variety of settings for the past decade from school sites, to youth development programs, to clinics and private practice. I have been the Counseling Program Director at a non-profit youth development program and a School Counselor at a K-8th grade school for the past several years. I enjoy working with people from all different backgrounds who may be facing a variety of different challenges such as symptoms of depression, grief and loss, stress and anxiety, life transitions, trauma, relationship challenges and identity development.

My approach is warm and collaborative. I work with each individual to determine the best interventions to assist you in the positive change and support that you may need at this time. I listen empathically and then approach therapy with a variety of therapeutic interventions to best fit each individual's needs. I offer safe healing space to deepen into self-exploration, gain insights and self-awareness with compassion, and find healing.
