Welcome! You have made the first step in your mental health wellness journey. I am so glad to be in a position to help you in your discovery. Before we begin, let me tell you a little bit about myself to determine if we would be a good fit.

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 4 years experience working with adolescents and adults. I have worked with individuals who have struggled with co-occurring disorders and mental health issues. Specific mental health symptoms that I have worked with included depression, anxiety, major life changes, self-esteem, family dynamics, and guilt and shame.

As your therapist you can expect a space that is client-centered, non-judgmental and that focuses on your strengths. You will be given space to develop the skills you need to grow as an individual and move forward on a path that will ultimately bring you the most satisfaction. I believe in meeting the client where they are at and will work alongside you to achieve personalized goals based on your therapeutic needs. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, strengths-based approaches, and psychodynamic counseling. I will work alongside with you in partnership to meet your unique needs.
