As a Social Work trained Master’s level licensed clinician, my approach to treatment involves assisting clients in healing from pain within while also creating & connecting to healthy environments. Most of my clients have been transition-aged individuals, 18 to 35 who are managing the transition to adulthood while also struggling with mental health challenges. I also see adults up to age 50. I am enthusiastic about building relationships with clients and centering treatment on my clients’ healing goals.

I have special training in EMDR for Trauma and Anxiety, Depression, Mindfulness Practice, ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder), and Issues of Transition/Life changes.

I believe peace is inside all of us. I have had 25 years of experience working in the field of mental health. I have had 40+ years life experience as a Black Woman. I have gained a well-rounded experience in providing therapy in correctional settings, intensive outpatient treatment programs, school-based counseling settings, and private practice office and telehealth settings.
