I am so glad you are seeking therapy! My name is Sarina and I am an LCSW in NC and TN. As social worker I believe in taking into consideration all aspects of a person’s life that may be impacted by, or contribute to, the reasons one seeks support. I focus on strengths and strive to help enhance well-being. I help clients explore some of life’s challenges including grief/life transitions, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and stress in general. I enjoy helping clients learn new skills to find a healthy balance using several methods, like ACT, CBT, DBT and others. I look forward to working with you!
