Hello and welcome to Find A Therapist. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and School Counselor in the state of Texas. I have spent the last twenty-one years working with children ages 3 to 18 and their parents in the school setting and the last three and a half years working with adults of all ages in a private practice setting and through Find A Therapist.

The counseling relationship is one I enter into with each client with the utmost respect. It's not a flippant decision to reach out to for help . Your time is not infinite and my priority is that the time you devote to counseling be worthwhile and meaningful.

I truly love working with people of all ages. I have the most experience in supporting parents, co-parents, and children and adolescents. I have experience working with trauma, LGBT+ issues-including gender dysphoria and transgender issues, relationship challenges, grief and loss, stress and burnout, and anxiety and depression. Each situation and individual is unique and you will find that my approach will be tailored to fit your needs.

I believe you will find my approach to be warm, open, and full of compassion. It is an honor to enter into each counseling relationship and it's one I take very seriously. However, it is not uncommon to have joy and laughter in counseling with me.
