Welcome! I am a therapist licensed in Pennsylvania with 13 years of professional counseling experience. I have worked in a variety of settings, including outpatient, residential, community and schools. I enjoy working with individuals who have a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, parenting concerns, career challenges, ADHD, and substance use.

My therapy style is authentic, inviting, and I love to laugh. I believe in treating everyone with respect, dignity, empathy, and kindness. My approach combines a variety of therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness practices. I will individualize our dialog and treatment plan for your unique and specific needs and meet you right where you are, with no judgment.
