About
Hi, I'm Sarah. I am from the Greater Boston area and I graduated from Simmons School of Social Work in 2016 and obtained my LICSW in 2019. I have been a clinician in multiple settings, including outpatient, inpatient, school systems, and emergency services for 8 years. I have had the privilege of helping people with anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues, communication barriers, career challenges, parenting techniques, Autism Spectrum Disorder, emotional abuse, domestic violence, trauma and life changes.
My therapeutic style is warm and inviting. I want to be sure you feel comfortable and safe to share with me as taking the step to engage in therapy requires vulnerability. It is important that you feel respected, heard, and supported.
My approach is client focused- you know you best. Together we will create a unique, specific to your needs treatment plan using techniques that combine a humanistic approach, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing.
I am here to help along the way. I look forward to meeting you!
