I am licensed in Washington with 8 years of professional work experience. I have worked in a variety of settings across the years, including substance abuse, schools, private practice, and community mental health. I enjoy working with individuals all across the lifespan and helping people discover different aspects of themselves in therapy. I believe that the client is the expert of their own life, which means that I expect we will work together to facilitate your goals. I do not intend to lead you down a path that you do not want to travel down. Part of my approach to therapy is strengths based, which means we will work together to discover your strengths that will help you make the changes you want to make in your life. I believe it takes a lot of motivation and hope to seek out help from therapy and I sincerely hope we can work together to help you live the life you want to live.
