I am a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist in DC, MD, and Virginia with nearly 30 years of Mental Health experience, nearly15 years Licensed as a Professional Counselor, and 5 years certified as a Neurolinguistic Programming Coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, career challenges, life, business and career transitions, relationship issues, and grief and loss. I also helped many people who have experienced Leadership Challenges, African American Issues, Caregiver Challenges, Issues with Self Esteem and Positive Self Image and Assertiveness, Finding Purpose, and Women's Issues.
