I work with clients to identify obstacles and create an action plan to build positive coping skills, and make good decisions by helping you to tap into your inner strength. I specialize in trauma related disorders (PTSD), depression, anxiety, postpartum depression, relationship issues and parenting issues. My style is warm, funny and compassionate.

I am a certified clinical trauma professional, and a certified nutritional health coach with a focus on integrative nutrition for mental health and other non-pharmaceutical interventions.
