About

I am a marriage and family therapist, with over ten years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. My approach to therapy is to help clients find the power within themselves to feel better, by developing tools and techniques they can carry for the rest of their lives. I am trained in Internal Family Systems Therapy, a model that teaches us to get to know ourselves better, therefore allowing us to have more insight and self-compassion. I am also trained in the Gottman Method, a type of therapy for couples and relationships, which is a great addition to my systemic approach.

Exploring our triggers and reactions by reflecting on our families and upbringings can be an eye-opening experience that consequently can result in us having more control over our behaviors and feelings. Having a therapist in your support system is incredibly important, especially in times of transition.
