Hello and welcome to my profile! My name is Sarah Rawlings.

Personally, I enjoy being outdoors, spending time with my human and fur family and reading thriller novels. I am a fast talking (sometimes sarcastic) woman originally from the northeast, but over the last 10 years, have now slowed down with some southern manners (and the tendency to say y'all).

Professionally, I am licensed in Florida with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, eating disorders, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
