Hello! My name is Sarah and I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with over 8 years of experience providing therapy and other mental health services. I have experience working in a variety of settings including community mental health, community health centers, homeless outreach, and private practice. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Master's in Social Work from The Ohio State University.

I believe strongly in working in collaboration with my clients to address barriers and patterns that hinder. It is important to me for my clients to be greeted with empathy and warmth and to be empowered to work towards their individual goals. My priority is to ensure that those I see feel like they are a part of the process, working at a pace that is comfortable to them, all while building insight and skills. I follow a strengths-based, person-centered approach, utilizing individualized methods and evidenced-based practices to meet your needs and therapeutic goals.
