I am a licensed clinical social worker passionate about providing therapy to: 1. First and second generation people impacted by im/migration, xenophobia, and racism. 2. Young adults struggling with a lack of self worth, anxiety, depression, and sense of self due to conflict with family of origin or adverse childhood experiences. 3. Millenials and GenZers coping with life frustrations around employment, career, finances, relationships, boundaries, self care, and the daily demands of “adulting”. Together, we will assess and prioritize needs, identify goals, create a treatment plan, evaluate progress, celebrate success, and make changes as necessary.
