My goal as a therapist is to help you see the infinite possibilities of your future through insight, empowerment and to build the skills to cope with the difficulties you face every day. Life is hard as is, and carrying that weight alone can be exhausting. I want to provide a space for you where you can explore the things that are tying you down while feeling validated through those struggles. I want to help empower you to build immunity against the things that cause you distress by helping you change your perception of these issues and acknowledge your strength to overcome them. I am an EMDR trained therapist. My preferred modalities are EMDR, CBT, & Post Modern theories through the client-centered lens. I believe that change happens when we are able to look deeply within ourselves and learn to adapt and accept all the parts that make us whole. Your well-being is important to me and I will do everything I can to help you prioritize YOU.
