Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida, currently residing in beautiful upstate New York, and have been providing therapy since 2012. I have had the pleasure of working with many populations, including inpatient, psychosocial rehabilitation, private practice, substance abuse treatment programs, and correctional facilities. I have a passion for working with people that have experienced trauma, and utilize EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy regularly, along with other various modalities of treatment, including CBT and DBT, to best assist patients in feeling safe, secure, and loved.
