Hello! I recognize that seeking help during difficult moments is a challenge for so many; I appreciate that you are looking for guidance and I am here to help in any way I can. I have spent the past 5 years providing therapy and support to people from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds. The main focus of my work thus far is in areas of trauma, PTSD, depression and anxiety. The bulk of my work has been with teens and young adults, but I have also served many adults, couples and young children. Having been both the giver and receiver of therapy, I understand and respect the important role that therapy can play in working through difficult times. My goal is always to provide a space that meets your specific needs - be that a structured plan or a non-judgmental listening ear. I have studied a range of different therapy modalities but strongly believe that it is the strength of the therapeutic relationship that makes the most impact. I look forward to meeting you!
