I am here to support your healing process. Whether you're adjusting to loss/change in your life or healing from trauma, I can support you in breaking cycles that are keeping you stuck. I specialize in anxiety, depression, codependency, racial trauma/stress, grief and loss, and life transitions. With emphasis on the mind-body connection, I help facilitate your healing process so you can begin functioning better in your relationships, work, and/or school. I've worked with patients from different backgrounds and have seen that we can not only survive trauma, but THRIVE after healing from it. I offer a warm, safe space for you to put language to your experience and support you in learning ways to cope more effectively.
