I am a licensed clinical psychologist experienced in working with children, adolescents, and adults. I create an empathic, collaborative, encouraging environment that allows people to explore their identities and relationships to live more fulfilling lives. I build a therapeutic relationship on mutual respect and support people using their strengths to overcome challenges. I believe that discovering and developing a sense of purpose is important in the healing process. I take a systemic and relational approach that appreciates the unique needs of each person and their systems of origin. My specialties include relational issues, identity development, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, and grief/loss. I very much enjoy my work and consider it an honor to be invited into the lives of the people with whom I work.
