I am here for you- to know you, to empower you, to help you enhance your personal self. Life can be hard; and sometimes, more difficult if you feel you don't have the support. It takes real courage to seek out help- and that's why I am here. I appreciate the soul's journey in life and I fundamentally believe everyone's story should be shared. I enjoy working off of people's strengths and developing a solution focused plan to help achieve the most effective and personal outcome desired. I am warm, interactive, compassionate, and enjoy the connection of a therapeutic relationship. I am passionate about working with couples and relationships, individuals who are anxious, or those experiencing grief from personal loss, death, or life changes.

I obtained my Graduate degree in 2014 from the University of Michigan. I have had the honor and privilege to work as a trauma social worker which allowed me to first hand be with families' suffering from loss and experiencing trauma and crisis. A lot of my background includes grief and crisis intervention, as well as working with people experiencing anxiety and depression.

You might be reading this because you're in the contemplation stage of wanting a change in your life. Maybe you're reading it because you're anxious or sad, and don't know what to do. Maybe it's because you feel you're failing in your relationship or personal life. The awesome thing about reading my blurb is that you have taken an initial first step- which can be terrifying.
