I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. I have a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from Western Washington University. I also have a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Health Psychology from Santa Clara University. My clinical experience has been focused on individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship difficulties, parenting struggles, and high risk behaviors (such as suicidal ideation and self-harm).

My clinical style is focused on building a collaborative relationship and working towards your goals together as a team. Utilizing a strength based approach while providing a nonjudgemental, respectful, and compassionate space is crucial for me when working with others. My therapeutic framework includes techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused counseling, and humanistic therapy yet it is always most important to tailor treatment to your specific needs.
