Hello!
My name is Sarah and I am a therapist with over 10 years experience. You are likely here because you feel, or someone in your life feels, that you may benefit from talking to someone outside your family or circle of friends. I am here to listen and to help you generate new ways of thinking and coping. I will provide you with a comfortable environment to explore yourself. Together, we will identify strategies and tools to manage your thoughts and feelings, become aware of your strengths, and grow as an individual. I use evidence based treatments such as CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, and Solution Focused Therapy.
