Welcome! I am so glad you are here. I am a licensed clinical social worker in Michigan with over 5 years of experience working as a therapist. I received my Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan and my Doctor of Social Work from the University of Southern California. I have worked extensively with clients across the lifespan with a wide range of concerns including grief and loss, end of life issues, anxiety, trauma and abuse, autism spectrum disorders, career and workplace challenges, and coping with life changes. I am comfortable with and work with people of all races, ages, abilities, cultures, religions, sexual orientations, and gender identities.

My approach to therapy is empathic and non-judgmental. I provide a safe and supportive environment where clients feel encouraged to explore the issues and concerns they are facing. I believe everyone has a story and I am here to listen. I meet clients where they are at and help them make sense of their issues and life experiences. I work collaboratively with clients to identify their inner strengths and provide guidance for how these can be used to tackle the challenges life brings. The core of my practice centers on empowerment and providing clients with the tools they need to embark on a journey of personal growth and development.

My clinical approach is strengths-based and client-centered. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I work with individuals using a variety of effective approaches, including trauma-focused, cognitive-behavioral, narrative, solution-focused, and mindfulness therapies. I will tailor our conversations and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
