As a licensed therapist (LCSW) in Florida, with extensive experience with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and chronic health conditions, I
have also worked with those with trauma and difficult family dynamics.

My therapy style is evidence-based, but client-centered , tailoring proven techniques to your specific needs and goals and forming a trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel safe to express any emotion you have. We will create a plan together to meet goals you find most important with a treatment plan to get you moving in the right direction and feeling the results with opportunity for open feedback.

I believe everyone deserves to be heard and validated, and has strengths to use to overcome the low points in life they may be experiencing, and love empowering clients to find their strengths and see growth in themselves.
