I know therapy can be hard to get started and I want to make it approachable, feel good and feel supported. My goal is to support you through hard moments and give you a neutral safe space to vent, unload and process. A professional friend that you look forward to getting to connect with. I enjoy working with all cultures, communities and professions. I especially enjoy the tough stuff. What is your approach to therapy? I am a trauma informed, relational focused strengths based therapist that believes in meeting clients where they are at. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Hope. I want clients to know that they are not alone in their spectrum of emotions and how they feel may be jaw-dropping overwhelming or simply room for growth but either way they are seen and valued.
