I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 4 years of experience counseling people experiencing depression, anxiety and trauma. My current focus is working with both the birthing and non-birthing partner during the perinatal period including fertility concerns, grief and loss, and post partum depression and anxiety. I also work with families who are growing through adoption, foster care, and surrogacy as well as birth mothers who are experiencing the grief of choosing adoption for their child.

I work with clients who are in a transitional phase of life and searching for balance within themselves. My goal as a counselor is to give you support during a difficult period of time and to help you find hope within yourself. I truly believe that we all have the capacity to heal and that you are the expert in your own experiences. My role is to support and encourage you as you begin to move forward in this journey.
