I am fascinated about how we, as human beings, grow and our innate capacity to move towards healing and wholeness, even in the face of deep pain, trauma, and wounding experiences. My therapeutic work with people centers around expanding awareness, finding increased meaning in life, navigating self-exploration, strengthening self-worth, and cultivating positive relationships. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques from humanistic, somatic, and trauma-informed orientations and offer nurturing support and practical feedback to help people build on their strengths and effectively address challenges. Therapy is approached from a non-pathologizing perspective and using a non-directive approach which invites, rather than directs, the therapeutic process.

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (88866) and certified in MDMA-assisted therapy with the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies, emotional freedom technique, and Reiki (master level). I graduated from Saint Mary's College of California in 2013 with a master's degree in counseling. My experience includes working with post-traumatic stress and complex trauma, eating disorders, domestic violence and sexual assault survivors, homelessness, end-of-life care, gender dysphoria, and cognitive/developmental disorders. I offer a combination of research-based methods and age-old intuitive healing practices to support you in identifying a clear vision for and path toward well-being.
