Hello! My name is Sarah, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Wisconsin. I completed my Master's Degree in Community Counseling in 2007 and finished my post-graduate work in 2010 to become licensed. I have over 15 years of experience providing psychotherapy, education, advocacy, and support through home-based social service programs and through telehealth. I provide individual adult therapy (ages 18+ ), and my areas of focus include parenting issues, family conflicts, stress, trauma, attachment, foster care, adoption, ADHD, generalized and social anxiety, and depression. I am trained in behavioral modalities but use an integrative approach. I am warm, positive, and down-to earth, and try to meet clients where they're at when they come to therapy. I am excited to partner with you.

I'm available for scheduled sessions (video or phone) Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 8:45 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
