Hi, you! I’m so glad you’re here. I am passionate about the human experience, and I currently see my mission as empowering others to explore their identity, to discover their authentic selves, and to allow themselves to step into their truth. And I am on this journey of life myself! I am the type of therapist who comes alongside her clients as an equal, not a superior. I see my role as a dedicated partner here to collaborate with you and assist you in uncovering all the layers and parts that make you who you are. I want to share a little about who I am so that you get a sense for me as a person, and how interacting with me may feel. I’m not rigid or super structured. I follow my intuition, and because of my life experiences, I am able to connect and empathize with a lot of different people with various backgrounds, values, views, etc. I am married, a mother to a magnificent child, a lover of sunshine, and a big fan of audiobooks. I love therapy. I am invested in continuous evolution and growth. In this work, I will often take a stance of curiosity. Gently inviting us to move away from judgment and lean into wondering and understanding. When it makes sense, I share resources with my clients who wish to learn more through books, podcasts, skills, and strategies. I do my best to create an environment that is safe and inviting for clients to explore new ideas, be vulnerable and sometimes messy.
