About
I am Sarah Hewitt, a licensed, nationally certified, Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC). I am licensed in Utah & Indiana. I have over 6 years of experience in providing mental health and behavioral interventions, in a variety of populations including children, families, and women. I have worked with clients with a wide range of experiences and mental health concerns some of which include depression, anxiety, relationships issues, parenting issues, behavior concerns, ADHD, trauma, complex PTSD, and compulsory disorders. I am available M-Th 9 am-3 pm EST. I encourage email communication regarding the therapy process, your questions, and any concerns. I generally check messages throughout the day; however, my practice hours are 9 am-3 pm EST Monday-Thursday. If you do not see a time in my schedule please reach out and let me know and we can work to look at the options together. Given the nature of this work, I am not always immediately available to respond. I will do my best to respond as promptly as I can, usually within 24 business hours. Weekends are an exception as I must include time for self-care, as should you! Because there may be times when I am unavailable to respond immediately, your patience when response times are long is greatly appreciated, as I am likely responding or attending to other clients or responsibilities. You are also welcome to schedule a live session ahead of time.
