I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in California with 8 years of experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds. The folks I have had the privilege to work with have had a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma and abuse, attachment issues, parenting challenges, grief and loss, as well as aging and geriatric issues.

My therapy style is warm and relational. I believe in meeting folks where they are at and respect everyone's unique healing process. Treating clients with respect, sensitivity and compassion are highly important to me and I do not believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines somatic, attachment, humanistic, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, strength-based and client-centered therapy.

Seeking help can be tough and takes a lot of courage. Entrusting someone with parts of ourselves or lives that feel fractured or uncomfortable also takes courage. I consider work with clients an honor and an opportunity to empower toward wholeness.
