About

I am a licensed clinical counselor in the state of Minnesota with 10 years of experience working with a variety of people: those living with addiction concerns, mood disorders, and challenges with sex/sexuality. I consider sexual health and depression to be my areas of strength and expertise as a therapist. As a yoga teacher, I also bring yoga principles into my therapeutic work with clients.
I strive to develop an authentic relationship with each person, balancing warmth and compassion with direct feedback and a bit of humor to help you feel both supported and open to growth and change. My clients have found acceptance, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and interpersonal concepts helpful as we hone in on skills that can be used immediately and in the long run.
