Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Counselor practicing since 2015. In 2018 I moved from Atlanta, GA to sunny Orange County, California, where I currently reside. I have always had a passion for guiding and supporting youth. As a teen, I remember all too well the challenges of navigating relationships, struggles with self-image, and meeting academic demands. I have spent the last decade working in the school districts as both a school counselor, mental health specialist, and educationally related mental health services specialist for students with special education needs. I am comprehensive in my approach to therapy and adapt to the individual needs of each client. I work from a family system and solution-focused based framework. My primary specialties are depression, anxiety, grief, and loss. I work with adolescents and young adults.
