I am a licensed mental health counselor and certified clinical trauma professional. I have a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. I have 12 years of experience in counseling in a wide variety of settings including community mental health, addiction treatment in both residential and outpatient levels of care, department of youth services juvenile justice treatment, department of mental health and department of children and families funded group living environments, partial hospitalization and private practice. I have experience working with individuals ages 5-75. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to include cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, solution-focused, psychoeducational, trauma-informed, mindfulness, and more. I promote growth by offering a safe, accepting atmosphere so that you feel heard, validated, and empowered.
