My name is Sarah Fauche. I am a licensed professional counselor and am here to provide the support and compassion needed to begin your journey of healing from mental health, substance abuse and relationship issues. I work with adolescents, adults, couples and families who are having difficulty coping alone. I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment to explore your thoughts and feelings, to increase your understanding of self and others, and to gain the skills needed to cope. I have a master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University with additional training in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. I have almost 20 years of experience working with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, substance abuse (opioid dependence and replacement therapies), relationships and stress management. I strongly believe in a client centered approach, helping you to realize your own strengths, direction and potential.
