Life can be difficult—full of struggles, challenges, changes, and the unexpected. We keep these events in our minds, whether at the front to consciously influence all of our decisions, or packed away in a box in a corner, to be dealt with ‘in the future’. When your box begins to overflow or you realize that it is time to open it, I’m here to help you unpack, sort, and re-pack the box. My goal is to help you regain control of the box, so that the box no longer controls you.

I graduated from Liberty University with a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling degree in 2014. Since then, I have worked with three public mental health authorities before transitioning to private practice. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I provide counseling services to adults who experience symptoms of anxiety, mood disorders, and PTSD, as well as those who report suicidal ideation and self-harm. I adopt an integrative approach to therapy, focusing primarily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and incorporating Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Art Therapy.
