I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oklahoma, with more than 5 years of experience working as a Counselor and Case Manager in the mental health profession. I have worked with a wide-variety of clients from ages 6 to teen/adolescent to adults that present with a wide variety of concerns including depression, anger, anxiety, parenting problems, sibling conflicts, relationship and family issues, career challenges, ADHD, and self esteem issues. My treatment approach is set on the foundation of building a therapeutic relationship by establishing trust and rapport. I am eclectic in the theories I use and some of the therapeutic approaches I use include theory's such as solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, attachment theory's, mindfulness, , and client centered approaches. I will focus on your strengths, abilities and skills to help you achieve your individualized goals.

I believe that therapy is a professional relationship in which both the therapist and client work together to set attainable goals that best fit your needs. What you will get from me is a safe, non-judgmental place to be yourself. I am a firm believer that every individual is an expert in their own life and posses the skills necessary to attain the best version of themselves.
