Hi there, I'm Sarah! Hi! My name is Sarah E. Hevezi and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who believes positive clinical outcomes starts with a positive relationship between clients and their clinician. I incorporate mindfulness in my practice with the goal to help clients feel better, holistically! My approach I commonly use CBT, Mindfulness, SFT, and Motivational Interviewing My focus I typically work with early to late adolescents who find themselves facing symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Attachment, ADHD, or Adjustment as well as with parents on parenting skills My communication style I strive to create a space that is safe and calming. My goal is to make therapy a positive experience. Rapport building is huge. My approach is always client centered, meeting the client where they are on any given day!
