I’ve been on the other side of the counseling room. I’ve sat on the couch and I’ve been misunderstood and disregarded by a therapist before. My goal in counseling is to meet each client where they are, with compassion, empathy, and when appropriate, a little bit of laughter. I genuinely believe each person that I come into contact with deserves the chance to be seen. Together, we can begin to grow and create lasting change. I love helping others realize their strengths and guiding them as they navigate their way to a happier, healthier lifestyle through whatever counseling style that may be. My passion is working with teens and young adults struggling to find their place in life.

I graduated from Texas State University in 2012 with my Bachelor’s in Psychology. Soon after, I attended Houston Graduate School of Theology and graduated in 2015 with my Master’s in Counseling. Since then, I have spent my time working with a variety of clients suffering from anxiety, depression, relationship issues, as well as those with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
