Thank you for taking the time to learn a bit more about me!

I am a licensed professional counselor, in the state of Colorado, with over 10 years of experience working with children, teenagers, and adults. My counseling skills have been developed in a variety of settings: schools, mental health centers, churches and private practice. It has been an honor to listen to so many unique stories and support individuals and families over the years. Some of the areas that I have come to specialize in include strengthening family relationships, navigating parenting questions, addressing depression or anxiety, and caring for grief and loss issues.

I recognize that meeting with a counselor can feel awkward or intimidating, especially when considering concerns you may need to share. My heart as a counselor is to offer a safe space for individuals to be heard, understood, and supported. While there are many different styles of counseling, my goal is to listen to your specific needs and work together to utilize various interventions that are best suited for you.
