I am a social worker licensed in Texas with 4 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. My therapy style is nurturing and supportive. I believe in treating everyone with dignity and respect. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, acceptance and commitment and mindfulness therapy. I will customize my therapeutic approach and treatment plan to meet your individual needs.
