I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Utah. I am also a National Certified Counselor and a Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I have over 15 years of professional work experience helping people navigate situations that impact their mental well being. Examples include stress; anxiety; self-esteem and confidence; depression; relationship issues; workplace issues; and living with mental health conditions. In addition to my professional background, I am also an avid animal enthusiast, with a specific love for Boston Terriers. I believe animals can play an integral part in our mental well being. My approach is person centered. I believe each person is unique and should be treated with respect and without judgement. I will tailor our interactions to meet your unique and specific needs.
