I specialize in working with those experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, difficulty with self-empathy, and life changes. Though I work with a diverse population, I do also provide specialized care in Perinatal/Postpartum Mental Health as a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Provider. I am also certified in DBT, a proven strategy for managing emotions, improving relationships, and managing stress. As a therapist who is committed to supporting you through your healing and growth process, counseling with me will a safe therapeutic space for you. My goal as a therapist is to allow you to process emotions in that space.
